Any medical appointments need to be evidenced with an appointment card.
If we do not receive an appointment card your child's absence will not be authorised.
If your child has been ill for more than 1 day, evidence is required in order for the absence to be authorised. This can be bringing in a prescription form, copying their medication or a note from the doctor to say that your child is not fit for school.

If your child is feeling unwell with any of these symptoms please do not send them in to school.
