Nature Schools at Crays Hill Primary

At Crays Hill Primary we are continuing to connect our children with the natural environment around them. As well as offering Forest School provision we are also taking part in Nature Schools. The aim of this is to continually promote children’s health and well-being, as well as developing an appreciation of the natural world.

As part of our Nature School provision we are developing an Orchard and a Sensory Garden within the school grounds. Children of all ages will be able to access these areas to  recognise the changes in the world around them throughout the seasons. Through the Nature School project, we are creating an appreciation and concern for the wildlife in our area.
